Llandeilo RFC is seeking an experienced and motivated Forwards Coach to join our senior coaching team from July 2026 for the 2026/27 Season and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the continued development of a proud historic club with a strong community identity and a talented playing group.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical and tactical development of the forward pack • Plan and deliver high quality training sessions in collaboration with the Head Coach • Support player development across senior and youth pathways • Contribute to match day preparation, analysis and review • Promote high standards of discipline, teamwork and club values The Ideal Candidate • Strong coaching experience within club rugby • Excellent knowledge of forward play, set piece, and contact area coaching • Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and develop players • Committed to player development and long term progression This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach looking to make a meaningful impact and be part of a forward-thinking rugby environment.
