Lampeter Ladies RFC are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head Coach to lead our growing senior women’s squad.
We are a welcoming, ambitious team with a strong community spirit and a passion for rugby. Following continued development both on and off the field, we are looking for a coach who can inspire, develop, and drive performance while maintaining the supportive, inclusive culture that defines our club.
What we’re looking for:
Coaching experience (WRU qualifications desirable but not essential).
A positive, motivational approach to training and match days.
Commitment to player development, from beginners to experienced players.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A passion for women’s rugby and grassroots sport.
